Don't look too hard at the pictures in this post, you'll get hungry!
Students in Chef Jenny's Bread & Croissants 2-day Class were hard at work in the DASC kitchen over the 15th and 16th of August, creating their doughs from scratch, hand forming their pastry, rolling, cutting, kneading, spreading, baking...the list goes on! On the list of goodies the class made were recipes for croissant and Danish pastry dough made into croissants and then baked, tomato and herb focaccia, milk bread, and sweet, nutty, chocolate braided bread. Students each ate some of their creations in class, and took the rest home to enjoy! Check out the pictures below to see them in action.
