Ready for a Japanese Adventure? Join us on a fun RPG-style journey through Japan! In this course, you'll learn practical Japanese that you can use on your next trip while exploring Japan as if you were the hero of a game. You'll visit restaurants, hotels, train stations, ski resorts, hot springs, and many other destinations through interactive role-playing activities; this course is designed to be enjoyable and accessible. As someone who loves travelling in Japan, I've created this course based on my own experiences and travel tips. Throughout the course, you'll gradually build your own personalised Japan travel guidebook, adding new pages each lesson to create something you can take with you on future adventures. 🗡️ Week 1 – The Adventure Begins! I graduated from Osaka University of Foreign Studies (German major) and hold a Japanese high school teacher's license (English & World History). I have nearly ten years of experience in administration and cultural events in Japan and New Zealand, including at the Kyoto Art Centre and the Embassy of Japan in Wellington. I also studied EAP (English for Academic Purposes) at Victoria University of Wellington. I have lived in Darwin for four years, and I am currently studying business at TAFE while raising my children. I love Darwin because people from all over the world live here together. My hobbies are travelling and reading, and I love learning about world history and culture.
