Your instructor: Chef Him Uy de Baron is a French-trained chef, having studied at Le Cordon Bleu Sydney, and has spent decades mastering and sharing the art of cooking across continents. His culinary journey includes opening and managing restaurants that showcase Japanese, Thai, Chinese, Korean, Peruvian, and Italian cuisines. Based in Darwin, Australia, he offers private chef services, hands-on workshops, and digital content that brings gourmet techniques to everyday cooks. He’s the creative force behind “Chef HIM-Possible,” a remote cooking initiative designed to empower home cooks with accessible ingredients and professional flair. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS Please choose carefully as course fees will not be refunded to participants who are unable to attend the course due to changes in personal circumstances or work commitments. Course fees will not be refunded once confirmation and/or commencement of the course has occurred. In the event of a serious illness, you may request to transfer to the following term. A full refund of course fees will be paid if the advertised course does not proceed. Participants will be advised if a class does not have the minimum number of students to commence.
