Your instructor: Lucky Jayawardhana is a passionate Sri Lankan mother who inherited the art of traditional Sri Lankan cooking from her own mother. Having relocated to Australia over two decades ago, Lucky has found joy in preparing and sharing her culinary creations at various work functions, community events, and any chance she gets. She firmly believes in the power of food as a platform for promoting multiculturalism. Now settled in Darwin, Lucky is thrilled by the abundance of ingredients available to recreate authentic Sri Lankan curries and dishes. She is eager to impart her knowledge to the residents of Darwin, enabling them to savor the delightful flavours of Sri Lanka. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS Please choose carefully as course fees will not be refunded to participants who are unable to attend the course due to changes in personal circumstances or work commitments. Course fees will not be refunded once confirmation and/or commencement of the course has occurred. In the event of a serious illness, you may request to transfer to the following term. A full refund of course fees will be paid if the advertised course does not proceed. Participants will be advised if a class does not have the minimum number of students to commence.
