In this Crochet for Beginners class, you’ll receive step-by-step guidance from an experienced instructor. Bernie will teach you the basics, from holding the crochet hook to creating different stitches. This structured approach helps build a solid foundation. Crocheting is a skill best learned by doing. In this class, you’ll have plenty of hands-on practice. You can ask questions, get feedback, and troubleshoot any issues in real time. Bernie is a superstar at crocheting and will give you confidence in your ability to create something fabulous! Plus these classes will provide a supportive community of fellow Crochet Beginners! You’ll meet people who share your interest and passion. It’s a great way to make new friends and connect with like-minded individuals. Your course will cover: *Yarn types, *Hook types, *Patterns, *Crochet terminology, You will create simple projects such as Mug Mats, Square and round Dishcloths, and how to read written crochet patterns. Your Tutor: Bernie has been a crochet superstar from the age of 6! She can produce anything from coasters to Cardigans, mug mats to magnificent blankets! Her skill level is amazing and she understands about yarns, hooks and patterns so she will help you understand the creative world of Crochet! Course fees will not be refunded once confirmation and/or commencement of the course has occurred. ​In the event of a serious illness, you may request to transfer to the following term. A full refund of course fees will be paid if the advertised course does not proceed. Participants will be advised if a class does not have the minimum number of students to commence.
