This 8‑week program blends the lively rhythm of Zumba with grounding yoga movements, creating a fun, accessible experience for all fitness levels. No dance or yoga background is needed; every session is designed to meet you exactly where you are. This is perfect for beginners and anyone easing into exercise. More advanced students can step up the Zumba routines to their own level of intensity. This is an outdoor activity for those cooler Dry season evenings! Each week introduces a new focus to help you build confidence, improve mobility, and enjoy movement in a supportive environment: Week 1: Ease in with simple Zumba steps, light icebreakers, and a welcoming introduction to the program. Week 2: Explore breathwork and body awareness while adding gentle conditioning to support your movement. Week 3: Build confidence with easy choreography that helps you feel more connected and expressive. Week 4: Turn up the energy with a fun, stress‑relieving Zumba session that encourages you to let go and enjoy. Week 5: Slow things down with mindful stretching, core‑focused work, and a deeper yoga cool‑down. Week 6: Add a social twist through partner or group activities that make movement playful and community‑focused. Week 7: Celebrate how far you’ve come by enjoying movement with ease and reflecting on your progress. Week 8: Wrap up with a joyful final session, a review of your journey, and a closing cool‑down to leave you feeling refreshed. Your Tutor: Saki is from Osaka, Japan and is passionate about fitness. She is a certified Zumba instructor and enjoys creating fun and energetic classes. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS Please choose carefully as course fees will not be refunded to participants who are unable to attend the course due to changes in personal circumstances or work commitments. Course fees will not be refunded once confirmation and/or commencement of the course has occurred. In the event of a serious illness, you may request to transfer to the following term. A full refund of course fees will be paid if the advertised course does not proceed. Participants will be advised if a class does not have the minimum number of students to commence.
