Course Outline

Croissants and Bread Learn the correct way to make and cook croissants, Danish pastries and breads! This is a 2 night course with consecutive lessons. Tuesday 4th March - make your doughs, learn as you go - laminating, folding and rolling your dough. Wednesday 5th March - roll out the dough, cut and cook beautiful croissants and Danish pastries! About this class: • Two consecutive nights • Maximum of eight students • Great group activity • Be sure to bring a reusable container in case you have any leftovers! Your instructor: Chef Jenny has been a cooking teacher for many years. She is passionate about food and teaching the foundations. Her focus is on understanding the basics to create beautiful, tasty dishes. And – by using simple, easy-to-find ingredients – you’ll learn that it doesn’t need to cost a fortune, either!
