Course Outline
Self-care is about taking the time to prioritize your own well-being and happiness. It's not just about pampering yourself (though that can be a part of it), but also about making choices that support your overall health—physically, emotionally, and mentally. This is an 8 week course where you will learn how to build understanding of your needs; how to develop self care practices; understanding core elements of self care; how to stocktake/review yourself and use this review to create a path forwards. Create a Personal Care Plan; set goals, presence & patience; how to be gentle with yourself. About your Tutor: Hi, my name is Kristel and for the last 4 years I have been running annual trainings on Reiki Levels one and two. I am a facilitator teaching healing practises at a yearly retreat for the last 2 years. I've also run intermittent workshops on craft and healing over the past 8 years.
