Over these two days, you'll make puff pastry, shortcrust and choux pastry and turn them into great sweet and savoury dishes, such as Chocolate Eclairs, Quiche and Plaited Salmon Puff. About this class: • Two sessions • Maximum of ten students You will learn: Over two weeks, you'll learn how to create your own beautiful desserts, including homemade shortcrust, puff and choux pastries. You'll also be able to try your hand at crafting delicious crème patisserie, salted caramel sauce, and fruit purees. Your instructor: Chef Jenny has been a cooking teacher for many years. She is passionate about food and teaching the foundations. Her focus is on understanding the basics to create beautiful, tasty dishes. And – by using simple, easy-to-find ingredients – you’ll learn that it doesn’t need to cost a fortune, either!
