Perfect for crafty kids who love to make and create, this fun and friendly workshop will teach the basics of crochet while guiding them to stitch their very own adorable amigurumi sea creatures—think whales, octopuses, jellyfish and more. It’s a wonderful way to keep hands busy, minds focused, and imaginations swimming wild. No experience needed—just bring your enthusiasm and we’ll supply the yarn! Crocheting is a skill best learned by doing. In this class, you’ll have plenty of hands-on practice. You can ask questions, get feedback, and troubleshoot any issues in real time. Bernie is a superstar at crocheting and will give you confidence in your ability to create something fabulous! Plus these classes will allow you to meet and mingle with a supportive community of fellow Crochet Beginners! It’s a great way to make new friends and connect with like-minded individuals. Your course will cover: *Yarn types, *Hook types, *Patterns, *Crochet terminology, You will create simple projects such as Mug Mats, Square and Round Dishcloths, and learn how to read written crochet patterns.
