Yoga is practiced by people of all age groups, male and female.

No previous experience or physical ability is required as the course provides a non-competitive atmosphere, where each student progresses at their own pace. Yoga has a very profound effect on the human body and mind and is a useful practice for the management of various disorders and maintenance of good health.

Ryoko is a Certified Yoga Teacher and completed her yoga teacher training in Rishikesh located in the foothills of the Himalayas in India. Ryoko continues to study and educate others about Hatha Yoga; its physical benefits, philosophy and spiritual disciplines.
